My 4 y.o. got this for Xmas. She wanted a Barbie house but space wise and financially i couldn't...this is a perfect replacement. There are few sweet features that she loves such as the flushing toilet noise and the toilet seat goes up :P as well as the pop up tent. I think this is the only toy in the house so far she can share with her 7 y.o. sister without fighting :). Overall a good and fun toy.
