I received this package from Amazon through Amazon Plush. When the package arrived, Laverna's head was already snapped off, and Elina was loose in the box. I am not sure this box was "new," but I would not recommend this product. Like the other Fairytopia mini dolls with the set, is not durable. At least my girls will know that they need to be gentle and once they break, they will be tossed. Besides the heads, they are cute dolls and the kids like them.
